SOUL to SOUL with POP! (part I)

So awesome to have the opportunity to ask my precious daddy a few questions for meet ME in the mornings’ first SOUL to SOUL! (notes below!)

Think of someone in your life that has made an impact on your faith; thank God for them and their role in your life.  Send them a note of thanks or encouragement to let them know the influence they have had in your journey.  Journal or talk to a friend about how this particular person has shaped you into who you are.

I love the decision making points he mentions:

  1. Pray about it
  2. Make sure your spouse is on board
  3. Seek wise counsel
  4. Make the decision and move on

Some verses we discussed:

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28

The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.” 1 Timothy 1:7

The Lord is the one who goes before you, He will be with you.  He will not fail you or forsake you.  Do not fear or be dismayed.” Deuteronomy 3:18

Pray without ceasing” 1 Thessalonians 5:17

I hope you have enjoyed part 1 with POP!  Part II will be available soon!  Have a wonderful day! 🙂
